須崎 利泰 Toshiyasu Suzaki

Toshiyasu Suzaki handles all areas of corporate legal practice, specializing in the fields of company law, financial instruments and exchange law, and insolvency law.

In the fields of company law and financial instruments and exchange law, Mr. Suzaki has been involved in numerous cases relating to corporate restructuring (mergers, company splits, share transfers, etc.) of listed and unlisted companies, buyouts (share acquisition and sale), squeeze-outs of minority shareholders (share consolidation, exchange etc.), and takeover bid.  In addition, he advises on various types of financing projects such as the issuance of class shares, convertible bonds, etc., and on investment projects for venture firms and funds.

In the field of insolvency law, Mr. Suzaki has extensive experience as a bankruptcy administrator and as representing the petitioner in civil rehabilitation, and advises on debt collection utilizing such experience.

In addition, Mr. Suzaki handles various general corporate matters, including general business contract drafting, HR issues, and corporate scandals handling, and also speaks at compliance seminars directed at corporations and executives.
