In response to our clients’ needs, we provide support in the redesigning of corporate internal control and compliance systems to meet best practice, and support relating to crisis management. We also advise on updating internal regulations and contract templates in accordance with revisions to laws and regulations, implementation of education and training for executives and employees on the latest law trends and court cases, and external and internal countermeasures to respond to crisis situations that may suddenly arise.
We are also seeing an increasing number of inquiries from our clients regarding the establishment of external whistle-blowing channels, appointment as members or assistants to independent committees investigating fraud investigation, and internal investigation activity support.
