Main Areas of Practice

Shino Hirose handles litigation and contract drafting with a focus on insolvency law and IP law. Ms. Hirose handled the sale, reorganization, and liquidation of the overseas stores of the Sogo Group, and since then has continued to achieve results through negotiation, mediation, litigation etc. that clients are more than satisfied with, especially in China and Taiwan. From April 2008 to March 2010, Ms Hirose worked for two years in the Japanese Embassy in Beijing as a fixed-term civil servant with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ms. Hirose now utilizes her experience of handling and resolving problems faced by Japanese companies entering China, as well as various business issues in China or withdrawal from the Chinese market, to provide from the ground in China advise from a government perspective that is as specific and practical as possible. Ms. Hirose is engaged in matters involving Chinese law on a daily basis, and has also recently been appointed as a part-time auditor for listed companies based on her wide-ranging experience in China.
