According to a survey conducted by Innovation Platform for Business Legal (IPBL), Abe, Ikubo & Katayama was ranked as No.2 in female lawyer proportion, which was 34.7% (as of January 2021 and among top fifty law firms in numbers of attorneys-at-law qualified in Japan).
