Hitomi Onishi is engaged in a broad range of general corporate legal affairs for corporate clients, and handles a particularly large number of cases supporting companies in the fields of labor and employment.

In addition to dispute resolution in the field of intellectual property law (including the Patent Act, Trademark Act, Copyright Act, and Unfair Competition Prevention Act), she is involved in a wide variety of litigation and negotiation cases, including general civil litigation.

Drawing on her experience in such dispute cases and her secondment to a private company, she handles daily consultations from companies of various industries and sizes, as well as a wide range of matters including M&A transactions and fraud investigations.

She also frequently provides continuous support for building internal compliance structures, such as the revision of personnel systems, information management systems, and internal whistleblowing systems.
