Insolvency & Business Rehabilitation: In the area of domestic legal procedures such as company reorganization, civil rehabilitation, bankruptcy, and special liquidation, as well as in voluntary liquidation, Mr. Sasaki advises and represents clients based on his wide-ranging experience of business rebuilding plans from planning through to implementation and completion, taking into consideration all interested parties, including not only the entities under rehabilitation, but also creditors and sponsors. Mr. Sasaki also advises on overseas business rebuilding procedures, such as recognition and assistance procedures.
Compliance: Based on his knowledge and experience in general management including finance and accounting, Mr. Sasaki supports clients with management decisions, as well as with establishing legal compliance systems and implementing fraud investigations.
Intellectual Property: Mr. Sasaki handles litigation and alternative dispute resolution both in Japan and abroad in relation to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competition law.
