| Shino Hirose handles litigation, drafting contracts and other general civil matters especially relating to insolvency law and IP law. In the field of insolvency law, she is a member of the team handling the civil rehabilitation of the Sogo Group and utilizes her network of overseas lawyers in proceeding restructure and liquidation of overseas group companies. In the field of IP law, she handles lawsuits in connection to patent, trademark, and unfair competition law, as well as giving advice on licenses. She also handles various negotiations. Furthermore, she advises on various corporate general matters using her experience and know-how in litigation. |
