Takafumi Harada handles litigation in the field of intellectual property rights and others, as well as corporate business restructuring. He, these days, is handling real estate securitization and provides legal advice as well as drafting agreements.
He also handles a wide range of legal issues arising from daily corporate matters including advice and drafting documents in regard to shareholder meetings and compliance. He further gives lecture in various seminars on topics such as compliance and employee inventions. Furthermore, he handles a wide array of general civil and criminal matters.
