 We provide legal advices to companies, who retain us on permanent base, advising appropriate corporate activities, preparing corporate clients for unknown business factors as much as possible, and leading them to avoid disputes as much as possible.
The scope of our advices is wide enough to support corporate businesses in fast changing business and legal environment. We provide legal consultations for corporate daily management work: providing legal opinions on all sorts of dispute, drafting and negotiating for business agreements, and providing advices on the procedures to call and administrate general meetings. We also provide advices in relation to both corporate risk management including an introduction or review of corporate compliance system, and corporate business strategy including restructuring of business, company structure and business alliances.
We believe that we must first understand the character and company aim of our corporate clients, not to mention of their instructions in specific cases, before we support them to achieve their aims. We "serve our clients first and best" in that way. To do so, we hold group study with our corporate clients to acknowledge issues that the corporate clients are requested to be aware of either for their own particular businesses or as a corporate citizen. Through these group study meetings, we enhance our understanding of our clients' businesses and build up co-working and long lasting relationships with our clients.
