Emiko Nishizawa deals with matters concerning the patent applications and the granting of patent rights for Japanese and overseas university and corporate clients, especially in the field of life science including biotechnology, molecular biology and pharmaceuticals, based on her experiences gained from works as a researcher both on pharmaceuticals in the private sector and on the basic science in the national laboratory.
