Main Areas of Practice

She deals with litigations and legal inquiries in relation to intellectual property rights and antitrust matters, bankruptcy matters, and other legal inquiries in general. Also, she utilizes the experience and expertise obtained during the secondment to a record company and handles contract drafting and legal inquiries in relation to contents business.
She studied in the United Kingdom which made her a good English commander, and involves with matters that request English language proficiency in drafting documents and communication.
The bankruptcy cases she has been involved in are corporate reorganisation proceedings of Japan Airlines, Yamazaki Kensetsu (a major sub construction company), and many others. In the Japan Airlines' case, she played an important role in dealing with cross-border matters such as the recognition proceedings for insolvency under foreign jurisdiction.
